About Us

We believe strategy should be lived by everyone, every day.

Many organizations don’t have a strategy problem.
They have a clarity, alignment, and execution problem.

We fix that by making strategy simple, shared, and used at every level of the organization — from the boardroom to the break room.

Our Vision

We see a world where strategy is understood, used, and lived by everyone in an organization.

Where clarity replaces confusion.
Where alignment replaces friction.
Where people make confident decisions because the strategy is simple, actionable, and shows up in how work gets done.

Our Mission

We are on a mission to help leaders build strategy people actually use and create the alignment needed to for a successful execution.

We take the fear out of strategy.
We put clarity in the hands of the people who drive the work.
We make strategy attainable, empowering, and impossible to ignore.

Our Values

Dynamic: We move with clarity and speed. Change is constant — so we stay adaptive, curious, and energized.

Courageous: We say hard things in ways that people will listen. Wespeak the truth with transparency, conviction, and consideration, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Growth-Oriented: We learn fast, iterate often, and help leaders turn challenges into opportunities for progress.

People-Centric: Strategy only works when people do. We build partnerships, not presentations.

Simple + Attainable: We translate complexity into clarity. We make strategy something people can use — not something they store.

How We Work

Not a binder.
Not a slide deck.
Not a “good luck with implementation.”

We work in the place where strategy usually dies  -- the gap between the big idea and the daily work.

Our approach looks like this. We:

  • Dialogue in a way that builds understanding, not judgement or prescription

  • Translate strategy into plain language everyone can repeat

  • Align people and operations so decisions and workflows make sense

  • Build routines that make execution predictable

  • Stay through the messy middle

  • Design ourselves out so clients own the strategy, not us

  • Help you move -- not to make you dependent on consultants.

She's led teams in corporate settings, built and scaled her own wellness company, and guided organizations through complex change.

Ann Marie O'Shea | Co-Founder

Ann Marie builds strategies that travel—clear enough for people at every level to understand, repeat, and use. Her career has been defined by leading organizations through complexity: co-founding and scaling a sports medicine enterprise, stepping in as interim CEO of a national specialty pharmacy, and advising across healthcare, biotech, higher education, and startups.

She focuses on strategy development, organizational design, and change leadership—particularly translating strategy into clear decision rights and accountabilities. Ann Marie helps organizations realize where misalignment creates drag and enables workflow redesign so strategy and operations reinforce each other. Her PhD in Organization Development informs her work, but her approach stays grounded in practical execution.

Shelley Saeger | Co-Founder

Shelley helps leaders cut through complexity to focus on what drives performance. Her expertise is designing the structures, systems, and leadership practices that turn strategy into results. She's led organization design transformations at Fortune 500 companies, built leadership programs that fueled growth at the American Cancer Society, and coached executives through high-stakes change.

She specializes in organization design, executive coaching, and change leadership—particularly helping teams clarify accountability, improve collaboration, and build performance systems that keep everyone aligned. Her approach blends strategic rigor with coaching skill, developing leaders' capacity to navigate complexity. With ICF coaching certification, SPHR, and extensive OD training, she brings both frameworks and finesse.

Why Leaders Choose Us

Because we aren’t consultants who drop off a deliverable and disappear.
And we aren’t internal teams who are stretched too thin to drive change.

We are senior partners who:

  • Make strategy clear

  • Make alignment real

  • Make execution possible

This is strategy that works for people, not against them.
